You can return or exchange any purchased product from us (excluding lingerie and swimwear) within 30 days, provided that you keep its integrity intact.

 

Products that have not undergone any additional processing such as washing, ironing, pressing, cutting, with hygiene tape (for swimwear), and other actions that compromise their integrity, original tags and size labeling, original packaging, and accompanying documentation must be retained.

 

The cost of return shipping is entirely borne by the Buyer. In the event that you have received the wrong size or a defective product, the return will be at the expense of the Seller.
